I really wanted to like this product and spent three weeks on it before deciding if the problems would change my mind. The main pocket storage area or floor is very inert so its walls cannot support the weight of the remaining two storage areas above. The walls of the central storage area are even weaker than those below, causing the walls of this section to collapse. the weight of the overlying storage area, no matter how small. This lack of wall strength indicates that very little insulation is used when quality insulation is used and I would not single handedly recommend this product for keeping food cool/hot for long periods of time. The use of cold packs would be mandatory. Installing some sort of plastic insert that many other cooler/lunch bags use might mitigate some of these issues I suppose and I'll try gluing this together as I prefer its design. most there.
