Remote access through school
I was so excited because this laptop arrived in perfect condition. But when I tried to change our name to my own name, it didn't work. Three calls to Apple later, I learn that this computer belongs to a school that can access my laptop remotely at any time. That means if they wanted, they could turn off my laptop and erase it. Revain gave me a full refund but I am very upset and disappointed.
