I like how fast they respond when you call or email them. They do a great job of listening to what you need done for your computer and fixing it right away! Sometimes if there is an issue with something not working correctly after being fixed by someone else (computer repair shop) it takes awhile before it gets resolved again. Make sure this works best for you because sometimes getting things fixed can take some time but you get billed anyways so be careful about waiting too long. The help desk has always been very helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance solving any problem I'd run into.
