NOT wool. . . Had to go back to look online for instructions. . . not in box
If you reread the instructions on this page and place the tire under the cover it should work. I requested a refund because I got it wrong at first, but I'll keep it to myself because I figured out how to do it. A piece of paper with instructions in the box would be helpful. They are of course not made of wool, but of polyester, which is not surprising given the price. I don't know how easy they are to wash, but I'll do what others have said and wash with a ring and air dry.
