Part exactly as listed. Got a letter from Toyota in North Miami. The bag has a legitimate Toyota parts tag and is identical to the one on my 01' 5VZFE in my Toyota 4Runner. This is the legitimate part, despite what others have said in other reviews. I will replace this screw when repairing the timing belt.
