Love it! I use the Starbucks recipe for Imitation Egg Bites and the amount is perfect for these 7 shapes. PLUS if you don't eat them all, it has a plastic lid to keep leftovers fresh. I ordered another one yesterday and it will be here tomorrow. We eat these eggs so often it's a good idea to double the recipe, pour into 2 molds and cover to store in the fridge. That way they're ready to jump into your instant pot when you need a new hot batch. This time I ordered the green one, which actually has some plastic lifters to make it easier to get them out of the pan. You can slide them in and out with the accessory that comes with the Instant Pot, but I decided to give this one a try.
