I use these to make a much cheaper version of Starbucks Egg Bites. It works great in my Cosori (an electric pressure cooker similar to the Instant Pot). I'm thinking of buying a second one to stack them and earn twice as much. The egg bites are just as good as the Starbucks version.

This is my first time using it and I love it. I made egg bites with it in my instant pot, just lightly covering it with a lid. I lightly sprayed the shapes with vegetable oil to ensure they wouldn't stick and as you can see they popped out slightly. The molds are very easy to clean with a little soap and rinse aid. I also bought a sling to make lifting easier. My family ate them. I think mini meatloafs would be fun too, as would cupcakes and small cakes.

Bought this to make Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites at home with my Instant Pot. This form is great! But the included lid cannot be placed in the Instant Pot. I used aluminum foil and the egg pieces came out great! Just make sure you really push it down so the tin foil is as tight and secure as possible. Also doesn't have handles or anything to lift. Love it! I use the Starbucks recipe for Imitation Egg Bites and the amount is perfect for these 7 shapes. PLUS if you don't eat them all, it has a plastic lid to keep leftovers fresh. I used 4 large eggs and 1/2 cup cottage cheese (112g) and beat with a mixer until smooth. I mixed in 112g shredded jack pepper cheese (or cheddar).
