I made the most delicious scrambled eggs!

I used 4 large eggs and 1/2 cup cottage cheese (112g) and beat with a mixer until smooth. I mixed in 112g shredded jack pepper cheese (or cheddar). Then add a small jar of hot green chillies (drain well - squeeze out the liquid). Stir to combine. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and add the rack that comes with the Instant Pot. Spray the silicone mold with non-stick spray (do it really well). Divide the mixture between the cups. Cover tightly with foil. Use the manual setting and let it sit for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, turn off the pot but do not open the lid. Wait 12 minutes and then release the pressure. Remove the foil. Put on a moldy lid and refrigerate for up to a couple of days. (Makes 7 bites) They popped out right away, no sticking as others have said.
