First of all, the design of the product makes me smile. It reminds me of a daisy so I thought it was cute. But its design is functional as it takes up less space. I was expecting hard plastic but the item turned out to be very soft and flexible. Very robust and durable. I personally don't eat eggs, but I cook eggs at Starbucks for brunch for friends (many options on YouTube). It can be used for jelly molds and is ideal for children as small hands can hold it. Ice mold for tall people drinks (same brunch). I attempted this by placing in each compartment the condiments for a Mexican dinner I made the night before. The next day all spices were ready to hand and could be used immediately. Saved me time and space. I've also tried it outside of the kitchen in my crafts. Anyone who works with beads knows that it hurts when beads are lying around or dropping them all over the place. With its 7 compartments I can store beads by color and when I store them the lid protects them. Overall I am satisfied with this product and can recommend it.
