This is a great piece for your dresser to hide all your phone wall adapters and the like. Inside the device is a small extension cord that accommodates three conventional wall adapters perfectly. It also comes with a short wall adapter cable that's too big for a direct connection. Once set up, all cables are hidden inside the device. The only thing that sticks out is the main power cord and connectors for your devices. You only need to leave an inch or two of slack on the outside of the case to make connections. The device has only two disadvantages. First, there is no main power switch to turn everything off. This is less of a problem as wall adapters are better suited to switching power supplies than transformers that constantly draw current. Second, newer wall adapters that are designed to mate well with older power strips that stick out of the way don't work properly. since the sockets are aligned so that the wall adapters fit underneath instead of next to it. You can only get two side adapters straight into the sockets - the third one has to use a pigtail.
