Mixed feelings about this bag The backpack is Really good quality, the board it comes with is very durable and fluffy like a carpet, making your pet feel comfortable, especially if your pet has bump problems I liked also that the zips have holes for you to attach a foldable water bowl or whatever.The straps are comfortable and of good quality.However, and this is very important, the backpack is NOT comfortable for people/owners is very solid and strong but there is absolutely no barrier preventing the board from digging into the lower back Quite painful and uncomfortable I use a Supra a crumpled bath towel a As a barrier between the back and the board, and it feels a lot better, but still not exactly comfortable, so I wouldn't take it on a long trip. I won't be returning as I still love it but thought it would be helpful for future buyers!
