Looks great out of the box but is misleading

We loved these insights when we received them a week ago. They looked like they were superbly built. Until he ran away with one of my dogs. My dogs don't jump or chew (they have a lot of faults but it's not theirs). We just moved in and he ran away from us onto the field. THANK GOD my dogs are well trained and he came back when called. I don't even want to imagine what could have happened. Absolutely terrifying
