Good chopping board accessory
So glad I bought this at the same time as the Breville oven. My top cabinet is a little lower than some others, 6.5 inches from the top of the stove to the bottom of the cabinet, so it greatly reduces heat entering the cabinet and looks nice. I use it to keep a couple of hot pads handy for removing cooked food. It's a bit more expensive than what I usually pay for a cutting board, but I don't use it as such. I think it's cheap "insurance" for my top "health" closet.
