I like that it is very easy to use as well as customize for your needs! You can also make an app if you need something mobile friendly. It's great when there are multiple people in charge of different aspects within our church so this helps us communicate quicker while keeping everyone up-to date at all times.- Not much but honestly not really anything either way. If someone did have any suggestions or feedback then they would be greatly appreciated!! Nothing specific about simplechurchcrm itself because everything works just fine however we do recommend getting support from them before using their software too early into its lifecycle. We found out what other churches were doing after working together first hand (we used another CRMs) and realized how much better ours was than theirs! Now we know exactly where others strengths lie which has helped tremendously moving forward. Also being able to easily access information throughout the day without having to open several tabs/windows saves.
