2003 Chevy Silverado 4x4 (Minor trim required)

I've read some bad reviews about them for a 2003 Silverado 4.8 4x4. Mine didn't connect to the wiring harness either, but I was able to get them to work. Mine was identical except it didn't have a slot on either side to insert the factor plug. But upon inspection and comparison, there is already a hollow part on one side, and you only need a sharpener or razor blade to make it work. So before you waste time on returns, trim a few minutes and they'll line up. No codes and the truck runs 100% better. I had a growing problem and the truck had terrible gas mileage. 164k. Changed spark plugs, fuel regulator, wires etc. Bought a blue live driver data scanner and was able to see one of the O2 sensors, the voltage stayed the same. Now it drives as it should. Many Thanks
