TLDR: great product. Alternative to my hood. No tight cap = better sleep. Less hair care and their fragility. Buy recommendation 2. Better than cotton pillowcase for hair health. It does an excellent job of delaying the next time I have to go through the awful process of detangling (get it? dreadlocks?) knots in my hair, and it also takes my hair a little longer to dry. A much nicer alternative to my sleepyhead for a number of reasons, so I think it helps me sleep better too. The fun fact is that the type of fabric in many other pillowcases causes hair breakage, but if you're here you probably already know that. Love the anti-pimple component in the pillowcase, it's a nice little plus. Make sure you have two so you have one when the other is in the wash otherwise the downtime is pretty annoying but that's probably because I have a clothesline although I think the instructions on how to wash it go to Drying is definitely recommended.
