Bad quality and bad customer service
Long story short, my boots had a bad spot in the leather that broke after two months. It was impossible to write to Geox support because the website kept throwing an error message (and I'm not illiterate in IT). Unfortunately I no longer have Geox because our son loves them and has no problem with their shoes.
