Review on Norpro 3128 Spaetzle Maker by Chelsea Miller

I'm so happy I bought this. I will no longer have any doubts about the preparation of spaetzle. It was very easy to use. The package I received had the prescription on it. I followed this up to compare it with my previous spaetzle attempts. He was overweight. I added more soy milk and water (my son can't have milk so maybe due to the lack of lactic acid in natural milk) until it was thick but pliable. With the right consistency, it works great. The weight of the noodles/dumplings along with the chopping motion of this tool. They fell straight into the soup. It wasn't Ripley's pasta either (my dad would be proud of it). I will never have to laboriously make spaetzle again.
