I posted a picture to show you that there are tiny air holes in the material as it is a mesh fabric which allows for ventilation. The material is a blend of cotton, polyester and spandex. The material is thin and feels slightly soft. The belt is really soft. Boxer shorts are tag-free and stretchy. As children grow older, they may enjoy spotting flies, but not this one. So keep that in mind when choosing underwear.
