Very comfortable and non-slip
I use this compression bandage when I play pickleball because I have a slightly torn bicep that I treat and it helps a lot! I'm not ready to have surgery or give up the pickleball yet, so it's the perfect compromise for now. It honestly takes a minute to get used to putting it on and getting the tension right, but it will hold the same tension and won't let up even after a few hours of non-stop play. I highly recommend it.
