Lexiart's Quality Fall Short of Expectations, So Buyer Beware

I was eager to give Lexiart a try because I enjoy browsing for women's apparel, accessories, and more. Unfortunately, my dealings with this firm have been less than satisfying. The quantity of their stock is impressive, but the standard of their goods is poor. There are loose strands and cheap materials all over the garments, making them feel itchy and unnatural when worn. The shoes are just as bad, being poorly constructed, uncomfortable, and wearing out fast. The necklace collection is the only bright spot, but that's not enough to make up for the overall subpar quality of the store's offerings. The metal rapidly oxidizes and, despite their beauty, the pieces feel flimsy and cheap. Lexiart has terrible customer support, which only makes things worse. They don't answer their phones or emails, and reimbursements and returns take weeks to be processed, if they're processed at all. In conclusion, if you're in the market for chic women's clothing, I wouldn't suggest Lexiart. It's not worth your time or money because the goods are of low quality and the service is unhelpful. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
