Exactly what I needed!
Looks flimsy but does the job. I can't hang my dishes to the side because of my pets, but now it's right outside and a great bar for a paper towel roll. The material is good and durable, especially for outdoor use. I'm thinking of welding/welding the top bar to the bottom base. But I might want to postpone it to other times. HAVE FUN!
