The AWS-S3 storage with its easy integration is one great feature I like about this product. Also the Dashboard is very useful for management purposes. It has a good customer support option through their website too. If you are looking forward to use an EMR service which can be integrated easily into other systems then look no further than this service as it will help in making any automation process much easier. We have used SaaS solutions but none had come close compared to Downstream in terms of ease of implementation and performance. They were able to integrate our products with different cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc without a lot of hassle.
