Outcome vs. Process

Morovan Dip Powder Nail Kit was a roller coaster of an experience. The product advertises as an ideal choice for both professional manicurists and nail starters. As the later, I was eager (high) to add some color and length to my natural nails (as shown). However, nail tips were not a part of the kit (low). This was my blunder because the ad description did not include nail tips. This is important to mention so future consumers are not misinformed. Another pitfall occurred in trying to follow the instructions (low). Despite the fact that the steps are relatively simple (high) and all the items are labelled (high), there are products within the box that are not explained on how to use (low). For instance, there is a brush saver bottle with no instruction on its function. Furthermore, there is a white tray that appears to be used to store the powder but not mentioned. I later saw the ad use the tray for powder. Perhaps there would have been less of a mess to clean up if this information had been available. There was powder and glitter scattered about. Thus, I would definitely recommend using some mat, paper towel or surface that is easy to clean. Even though I had to clean up, I actually liked how my nails turned out (high). Those who are willing to put in the time and effort, this process can save money. The process may be worth its outcome. I would venture to say that this product is best suited to the pre-teen/adolescent population.
