I like the feel of the pen in my hand when I put it in this case. Just double-tap an open area to delete it while taking notes. The only reason I removed the star is that the lace cover is a bit loose. If I could only deduct half a star I would choose that option. Luckily, when the stylus is connected to the iPad for charging, the magnetic connection keeps the tip cover securely on the iPad. I'm not sure what the fix for this would be, but I have to be careful putting the nib cap on when the pen is in use. Last night my cat tried to eat it. If you are using a case with a pen sleeve, the pen may not fit in the liner. This makes sense as the sleeve of the case needs to be very tight to prevent an open pen from falling out, but this tightness makes it too difficult for a pen with the sleeve already on to fit into the slot. I agree, as I don't often travel outside of my home with my iPad, but would like to mention it in case it's important to others.
