I'm not even sure what I'm seeing here.
That's how it arrived. Kinda weird and dubious. The packaging is damaged and this straightener looks like it has been opened and used before, I don't know if it was just for heat/technical testing or for real hair. Works but doesn't heat up very quickly even after fully charging before use. My opinion Buy at your own discretion
