I wasn't sure if they would fit my 1992 Ford Pickup Heater Controller. Are equivalent to? yes, it matches the stock, but the "flat" on the handle is offset 180 degrees. Once installed, the back of the button will display the fan speed or vent labels. On this truck, the "flat surface" is opposite where the handle should be pointing. They will work but look weird. The button is not made well enough to turn on the temperature control on my truck. The part that slides on the shaft is made of soft nylon material and does not withstand rotation at all. The temperature dial is difficult to turn and on the first try it broke off in the middle of the dial. These are medium to light holds. Not those knobs fault but with a 180 degree orientation and not strong enough to turn my temperature dial they only get 4 stars.
