I like that the system is easy to use, the customer service is excellent, and the system is easy to navigate. The system is very customizable, and I like that I can use the system for both billing and patient care. I dislike that there is no way to create a custom report. I have been able to create reports that I need, but if I need to make a new report, I have to go to the vendor who created the system and ask them to create a new report. I also dislike that the system is not as user friendly as other billing software. It is very difficult to navigate. I would recommend using the system for billing and patient care. I am able to do both at the same time. I can also create reports for both billing and patient care. I am able to see the patient in the system as well. I am able to do the billing and patient.
