This is a direct replacement for the front shock absorbers on many 2008-2013 Lexus GS350. But it's also a replacement for the overpriced adjustable front shocks on the 2006-2008 GS430 and GS300 with the variable travel option. At the Lexus dealership, only partially adjustable front shock absorbers cost about 300.00 each. If you don't care about adjustable racks, then this is the answer for you. If you install them they will fit 100% except there is no lip at the top of the shock to attach the adjuster. It doesn't matter that the stock adjusters still fit on the shock so everything snaps in and looks stock, no codes thrown away or the engine checked, dammit, when you hit the switch the dash still says you it's in sport mode. I received them from Amazon warehouse as "used" / "repackaged". They arrived looking brand new in a different box. SCORE it only cost me $14.
