This CR5 is great! I can finally recover some of my lost achievements.

I have used many creatine products and eliminated those that did not have much effect. This CR5 is great! I am finally regaining some of my lost gains and strength from my injury. So far this is the only product I will buy for creatine.

Pros

Lean Muscle Building: Creatine and magnesium are involved in the formation of ATP in the body. Creatine supplementation increases the amount of creatine in the muscles that is available for the ATP process. Magnesium catalyzes this reaction. Also, by binding creatine to magnesium, it is less likely to be broken down into creatinine in the stomach, leaving more creatine available for the body to absorb.

Cons
