I think the product is great, the supplied hydration pack (2L) works great. I think 4L is a bit misleading, at least for me. I figured I could still pack 2 liters (two 1 liter water bottles or equivalent). I packed barely 2.5 liters. Of course that will be difficult, and even if it works, nothing else will fit in his front pocket. Another thing I noticed is that the hydration pack is not in insulating materials so it can keep you warm on a hot day. Also, the mesh lining isn't as breathable and feels lumpy on the back.
