The outer pocket is too small

It barely fits my iPhone, let alone snacks, keys, sunglasses etc. Also, the bubble mouthpiece leaks and needs to be covered constantly to keep it from dripping

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Weight

Good product: Outdoor

The backpack is lightweight and has room for a few snacks and a hydration bladder. It's comfortable for hiking and biking, but it's not suitable for running, or I haven't found the perfect way to wear it comfortably while running.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Functionality

Contains di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP)

This product label states that it contains di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), a chemical that can cause hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) in humans based on non-human (rodent) testing. An indirect conclusion, yes, but it must be available for verification before purchase. This chemical requires a California Proposition 65 warning and is classified as a Category 1 endocrine disruptor in the European Union.

Good for a moderately difficult hike

I think the product is great, the supplied hydration pack (2L) works great. I think 4L is a bit misleading, at least for me. I figured I could still pack 2 liters (two 1 liter water bottles or equivalent). I packed barely 2.5 liters. Of course that will be difficult, and even if it works, nothing else will fit in his front pocket. Another thing I noticed is that the hydration pack is not in insulating materials so it can keep you warm on a hot day. Also, the mesh lining isn't as breathable andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everything is fine!

Leaks like a garden hose.

So the hydration bladder isn't that bad. does it flow If you think your garden hose is leaking at full power, then yes. I'm not talking about a drop or a trickle. It does, but this thing is releasing about half a liter a second seriously at times. In fact, I had to stop to force myself to stop laughing at the amount of water that was spouting out of this thing. Every time you drink you have to fiddle with it and keep the lid open to keep it from leaking. I use it on my motorbike and my desertโ€ฆ

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
