Review on Yingtou Powered Outdoor Cooling Ventilation by Lynn Woodcock

I feel I should have paid more attention to the description and not let the picture fool me. This is a very small fan. However, even a fan of this size CAN inject enough air to affect cooling. I put this fan in the bright sun and turned it on, I swear to you a fly can fart and I'll feel more air from it than from this thing. Also, I've been experimenting with this in partial sun/shade and it just won't rotate. So in the hottest conditions - direct sun - it won't bring any relief, and in more favorable conditions (partial shade) it will just sit there.
