Instructions are missing

I needed a wrench that could perform torque plus angle for some torque wrenching of fasteners. It looked like great quality made by the same people who make Gearwrench so I assumed it would be the same quality at a lower price. The instrument itself looks well built and of very good quality, just as I expected. However, the one I received had 2 instructions in Spanish and none in English. I really didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back to Amazon and waiting for another one that may or may not have the same issue. The phone on the SATA side does not work. I ended up calling Apex customer service, these guys have always been great in the past. After much hesitation and waiting, I finally found someone who tried to help me. They don't seem to have any instructions for this tool. However, if you do need them, they turn out to be the same as Gearwrench 85079. The first time they sent me another model that was just twisted and not square. It would be great if Apex made the manuals available for download on their website. If you come across another tool that doesn't have proper instructions, contact Apex and ask for instructions for 85079. I'm pretty sure it's the same tool, just renamed. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the hassle of finding the right instructions.
