I love that you can create your own templates for each of their products so it allows me as an account manager to have more control over my emails rather than having them send out whatever they want in terms of formatting or color schemes.

It's also super easy to add images or links from our website into these email campaigns without needing any help. We've been able to get tons done with this service! The only thing is if someone were to go through all of the different features/apps available like we did at first then there could be some confusion when adding new content. But once people realize how simple everything works though, everyone gets used to just going straight to what needs added instead of looking around everywhere else (i.e.: Facebook).
