Review on Luminance CF712BS Pro Series LED Ceiling Fan: Versatile, Stylish, and Efficient by Julie Geier

We ordered this fan to replace a cheaper one to make sure it was worth a little more. The fan was easy to install, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the plastic clips on the chain. They break easily if you're not careful. We tried installing a universal remote as others have done after reading their reviews. Well, it didn't work so well with this one. I contacted the manufacturer to see if there was a recommended remote for this unit and were told the remote should not be installed. This may void the warranty. We are basically satisfied with the fan.
