So I bought this product after doing a little research on how to get my Wi-Fi signal working in our house because the extenders just couldn't cut it. Router and do not rent from our cable provider. Due to this pandemic, we have not been able to call someone from our cable provider to our home to hook them up so we can put the router in the middle of the house. In addition, the house is not connected to wired cable boxes, so we are forced to use wireless boxes that simply cannot connect to the router. As a result, it's at one end of our U-shaped house, and it was almost impossible to get a signal at the other end. He kept switching off with extension cords. Our router works great and I wasn't ready to upgrade it as it will work once it's in the right place at home. So I watched a YouTube video and the guy had a similar problem to mine (however it was a multi story building problem not a horizontal structure problem) and he recommended this grid system. Given the price I think it's worth a try. As I'm working from home during this time, it's very important that my connection stays alive. The devices were very easy to install. The instructions were very clear and everything was up and running in 10 minutes. The wireless cable set-top boxes worked fine (although the cable provider told us it wouldn't work without renting their router), I was able to run non-stop and it continued to work with 11 devices connected. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. The ONLY negative I have, and I think it's my problem and not a mesh problem, is that I can't connect my wireless printer. I'm not sure if trying to connect to one network and my computer/phone is connected to another? But it wasn't possible - I had to use another workaround to print.
