Review on 🔥 Ultimate Viking Double Burner Griddle - Hard Anodized Nonstick Powerhouse! by Shawn Trotter

I was hesitant to buy a pan after reading review after review and always finding something negative, but I chose this one and I'm so glad I did! I will say that I have an old flat top electric range and was looking for a pan that would sit flat on it. This works great and the heat distribution is fantastic! Boil eggs, pancakes, everything is fine. It's just as easy to clean. I will say the grips get hot and I knew that based on what I read from another reviewer. I only use the handles to set the pan on the stovetop before using it and after letting it cool after use, which you should technically do before washing, so it doesn't matter as long as you know that they get hot. I would actually give 4 1/2 stars if it was an option, but only because the handles get hot. Also, it's GREAT and I love it. So if you don't mind grips, this is a great option that I highly recommend.
