Basically, when I first bought a pair of these shoes, they gave me problems: the ground felt like I was walking too hard and I could feel the ground. I'm wearing my third pair now, the bottom wears out pretty quickly if you walk a few miles a day to work. The problem I had was the pain when wearing it, but I found a workaround for the pain. I took 13 pairs of shoes as 16 4E only had Chinese New Balance shoes. I repurchased the massage roller if you have trouble wearing shoes. Roll it on your calves and thighs for a few days to relax your muscles. People are quick to blame the shoes, but I know a guy at work who wore these shoes for a year but weighs less than me. If they don't last more than a month and a half, I think I'll just be at the mercy of the shoe companies. My complaint is that the sole of the shoe was flat and had thicker rubber instead of spikes.
