I found the Gosky scope easy to use and was able to use my old FOCAL tripod that I used on my VHS camcorder years ago. I purchased the scope to view wildlife behind our Florida home and am very pleased with the results. The photography phone app takes some effort to set everything up properly for photography and that is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But when it's right, it works well and will probably improve with my experience. I am attaching a few photos and recommend the Gosky scope for spotting wildlife from a stationary position on a tripod. Tonight I will try to see the ISS fly by.
