I would give this food a solid 4. My very old cat used this food with appetite for a very long time, but then abruptly refused to eat it. Either tired, or the quality of the feed has deteriorated, it's hard to say what exactly. This food seemed to me the fattest and wettest of all the tried Renal foods from various companies (Brit, Monge, Farmina, Advance, Animonda, Hill's, Royal Canin, PURINA Pro Plan). The photo shows the type and size of Renal feed pellets from Brit, Monge, Farmina, Advance, Animonda, Hill's (from left to right). The photo also clearly shows that Farmina's Renal left a mark on the cardboard. Of all the foods I've tried, Brit's Renal is the best for my cat, but that's just for my cat. Yours may be best suited to some other. A more detailed comment about the Renal food line was written in the Renal review from Brit. I wish each of you to find the most suitable food for your beloved pets! Take care of yourself and your beloved animals! Let's all be healthy! )))
