I like that it's easy to use, quick response time for any questions or concerns my child has while they are at school. Nothing yet! It is great because we can see what our little ones have been up too so there isn't anything going unnoticed by us as their caregivers. There could be more information given out about other activities happening in class since this may seem very basic but not everyone knows all of these things before coming into work with them everyday. We used CP when my son started attending daycare here which worked wonderfully until he was able to start kindergarten. They didn’t want me around anymore during his first week of pre-school. He ended being bullied quite often at this point due to how much attention he got from adults who were supposed to care for him. The bullying eventually became bad enough where I had no choice but to remove myself completely even though it made sense given the situation.
