My puppy LOVES this. He gets so excited when I bring him in. It was God for the first few weeks when I brought him home because he would cry non-stop if I didn't hold him. This made him feel safe and close to me, leaving my hands free. And when my shoulders started to hurt from pulling him like that, I hooked him to the chair and he was perfectly still in it. He was so happy to be in this little bag that I put it in his playpen at work and he chilled in it like a hammock! The only complaint I have is that I wish the bottom had some sort of solid support, especially now that it's getting bigger. Its body has to flex with the wearer and it looks a bit awkward.
