I personally like the website design of this store, because it presents to users an easy means to navigate through the products categories and finding the product of choice.

Another good thing about DC Sportz is that it offers bulk purchase services, where discount are been given on prices sales on bulk purchases of teamwear products, either for club, national teams or local teams.

It also offers customization service to users ranging from embroidering customization to printing, which are all good for customers.

But the customer service contract section is not well equipped, having just a telephone contact. I think there are other means of communication that can be added like social media, email, live chat, and so on which will be more efficient.
