This digital meat thermometer is the fastest I've ever used! I can calibrate in a cup of ice water so I know it's accurate. The only oddity is that when it beeps it just indicates it's really close to temperature (explained in the setup video) and it keeps changing values. The guide/setup documentation is great and explains in detail why that is, so I'm happy with that. It just took some getting used to. There is a hold button so you can pull it out after the beep and the temperature is easier to read. I am very satisfied with this product!
