Review on Tactical Helmet Enhanced Fastener AirFrame by Rud Starks

I make custom ballistic and bump helmets. I almost always use Crye Precision Velcro, but one day I couldn't find any in stock at a decent price, so I bought one of these sets. Reviews that the Velcro begins to peel off shortly after its installation are 100% correct. However, this only happens on ballistic helmets with a semi-rough texture. For some reason this velcro doesn't hold up well on ballistic helmets. This velcro attaches very well to bump helmets and other helmets with a smooth plastic surface. It's an extremely secure fit with this type of helmet, but there are issues with helmets with a semi-rough finish.
