Shiny soft fur

The vet recommended these fish oil gels for our older setter's joints and for our 5 year old setter to help her recover from her knee surgery and prevent further joint damage . Only time will tell as far as the joints go, but an added bonus was how soft and shiny her fur became. It took us almost a month before we noticed a difference, but now they look amazing. They were on the gels for two months. Our older girl can get really stressed and dandruff will start to fly but now there is very little dandruff when she is stressed. It seems we don't have a "dog" smell around. Dogs think it's a treat and eat it at midday. At the beginning. I pierced the gel and squeezed the oil onto the food. It hurt so I just threw the gel on her food to see what would happen. They ate right and kept looking for more! The skin does not smell like fish, but the mouth smells like fish. But that's why we give it to them in the evenings. Her breath smells better in the morning.
