Given the high price of a fashion ruler set for designing and modifying patterns, this is a bargain. Ship curves, yes I decided to try? What a find. They are sufficient for all types of cornering. Since they are translucent and sometimes hard to find on my editing table, I took a permanent marker and traced the edges and also numbered them to make them easy to find. They don't have size markings, of course, but I rarely, if ever, need them. I planned to use them temporarily until deciding if it was enough to justify buying a professional set. To be honest they do their job so well that I would invest the extra money in some pretty fabrics or other stuff.
