Works great...once you go through the initial setup.
It took me a long time to set this thing up for the first time. It doesn't connect to my wifi. Turns out he doesn't like it when your 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands have the same name. Once I figured that out, I was able to connect and complete everything. It works great now, connects quickly, the video lag is only about a second, and the audio goes both ways and sounds good!
