I like that you can create multiple report types to accommodate your needs without having too much overhead in doing so (reports are easy). You cannot filter by criteria outside of state/county - which limits its use if there's other filtering needed beyond what LTS provides out-of box; however we have been able to meet our requirements with it as a good start point! Not yet available across all counties but will be soon according to their marketing team when they rolled this feature into production later last year. We were looking at 3rd party services such as ADE ProveIT or eTrace Systems' software solutions before deciding whether lock track was sufficient given cost factor vs additional functionality required from those options. While not perfect solution with lack filters within county level reports I believe users get value because once implemented has ability to update easily via API rather than updating individual files manually each time data changes requiring more manpower /time costs etc.; plus gives peace mind knowing up.
